If you believe it’s true, it’s true. Did you believe in Santa Claus? And when you believed in Santa Claus when you were a little kid, it didn’t matter what anyone said to you, you kept believing that Santa Claus was true.
If we believe that we’re broken or that are we are not very smart, or that we’re not very pretty, then that belief becomes wired within us and throughout our life we constantly look for evidence that our belief is true.
So right now, have a check in with a few of your beliefs.
What are some of the things that you may believe about you that really aren’t true?
Also, start creating new beliefs that serve you.
Write them down and stick them up on your shower wall or your bathroom mirror. Read through your new and resourceful beliefs each and every day so that they become a part of your belief system and your thinking patterns.
